About half of my contacts are in the sales departments, twenty five per cent are in the marketing departments, and the other twenty five per cent are scattered amongst other departments such as engineering, and customer service.
Each day, I participate in at least five web ex presentations where I explain in detail the value add that StarSoft provides. I demonstrate the success we’ve been able to achieve for our clients toward sales, marketing, recruitment and research. My goal is to bring on new customers, I make no bones about that. Of course, I am always most concerned with making sure the customer gets exactly what they are looking for.
We take a very proactive approach toward anticipating the needs of our customers. For example, whenever we sign on a new customer, we have a team of individuals that - one their own - assemble a list of possible companies or organizations that the new customer might wish to get in touch with. Sometimes we are right, sometimes we are wrong, but the most important thing is that we are always trying to stay one step ahead of our customers needs.
